My most consistent body of work is my digitally created drawings and paintings, mostly completely from my imagination. Most of these also feature my illusionistic “digital impasto” techniques, which I began working with about 8 years ago in an attempt to achieve digitally what I most missed about traditional painting. My objective is direct: I try to create captivating and original images to contribute to the collective imagination.
Below the gallery all the images appear again with a couple details and links to individual posts about them. The images are in chronological order, with the most recent at the top.
Below are the same images in most cases with details. Some have links to in depth posts about them with more close-ups, background information about the process, meaning, etc, and links to prints.

Thanks! I’m glad I’m getting through to a few people. Also, I like your bug paintings! Don’t hold off on the mantids eating other bugs!
