I fell in love with Hue during the few weeks I was there in 1990 and a big reason for that was all the stunningly beautiful long haired women riding around town on pushbikes.

What I most remember about the female cyclists when I was in Hue was that many were wearing those traditional dresses, and the bus I was in blasted an ear-splitting horn whenever it came up behind them. I thought he might cause them to accidentally swerve in front of the bus out of surprise and shock at the sound.
I lived in Saigon for about 9 months, and yes, the people were good looking.
